Humber Bay Shores: City within a city

METRO NEWS – The Humber Bay Shores is a veritable city-within-a-city of condominiums at the foot of the Humber River. This desirable location sits right on the waterfront with exquisite views of the lake and Toronto skyline.

Ultimately, it will be home to 25,000 residents. Slow in coming has been the promised development of area amenities for a community of this size. Well, now things are starting to happen.

In what promises to be a thriving waterfront community, plans are underway to create a pedestrian-friendly promenade along Marine Parade Drive, a waterfront walkway originally planned in 1890, with shops and restaurants across 20 acres of waterfront property.
